Complaints Procedure

Welcome to Aqua Zuyd Swim School! We're all about ensuring your experience with us is as enjoyable and fulfilling as possible. However, we understand that sometimes concerns may arise. Don't worry, we've got you covered! Our complaints procedure is designed to address any issues promptly and effectively, ensuring your feedback is valued and acted upon. Your satisfaction is our priority, so please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any concerns. Let's keep swimming towards excellence together!

1. Discuss your complaint If you are not satisfied with something, please discuss it first with the relevant swimming instructor and/or owner(s) of Aqua Zuyd Swim School. We are always open to feedback and strive to resolve any issues together with you.
2. Contact outside swimming hours If you wish to discuss a complaint outside our swimming hours, you can contact J.Lempers on +31 6 41555630 or send an email to info@swimschool-aquazuyd.com. We will handle your complaint as soon as possible.
3. Complaints about treatment and/or approach We aim to provide a safe and positive environment for all our swimmers. If you have complaints about treatment and/or approach, and you cannot resolve them with us, we advise you to contact the Safe Sport Netherlands Center via www.centrumveiligesport.nl. The center is available on weekdays between 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM at phone number 0900-2025590.
4. Evaluation and follow-up Upon receipt of your complaint, we will carefully evaluate it and strive to find a suitable solution. We highly value your feedback and will do our best to improve our services where possible.
